This space is dedicated to powerful meditation practices like Metta Meditation, Jhana meditation, Gratitude Meditation, and Vipassanā Meditation to help improve your mindset. Change Is A choice, a hard one at that!

When things aren’t working in our lives, we need to make meaningful changes. However, If we do not make the necessary changes, the results remain the same. The change that we feel is needed in our community is how we deal with our young and mature adults. We need to help improve their mindset and self-image. We know that positive changes allow one to add to their life and remove what’s not working for their overall well-being.

With this understanding and belief, we saw the need to create a program in the center that would honor our youth and mature population. As a result, we have created a unique and remarkable training and workshop space for the future adults in our community and our wonderful 60+ community.

Hi! I’m Daphney, the Director of Meta Life Center. I hold a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Philosophy, specializing in Holistic Life Counseling. I’m an author, Master Numerologist, Hypnotherapist, meditation teacher, and facilitator. I work with clients to help improve their self-image and mindset. My services are very specialized. Each client is served in a way that honors their magnificence with loving kindness. I firmly believe one can live a life of power, presence, and purpose.
